Concierge Medicine and Health Insurance
A concierge membership is separate from health insurance. While your membership covers all professional services provided within the office, insurance remains necessary for outside costs such as laboratory work, imaging, specialist consultations, and hospitalizations. Membership fees are separate from medical services billed through insurance.
We encourage patients to maintain high-quality coverage for peace of mind, allowing us to leverage your insurance for necessary diagnostic testing and expert referrals while enjoying the personalized access and attention provided by the membership model.

$300/quarter or $1,200/year
Ages 30–44

$500/quarter or $2,000/year

Membership Details
- Membership may be paid monthly, quarterly, or annually.
- Patients age 30 and older receive a 15% discount on the membership fee for a spouse or second household member who also joins the practice.
- To preserve the personalized nature of the practice and maintain accessibility for its members, Topkis, DO Concierge Medical Care intentionally limits the number of patients it accepts. If the practice reaches capacity, new membership requests may be placed on a waiting list.
- Membership fees are separate from medical services that may be billed through health insurance. Concierge membership does not replace health insurance coverage.
